Pedal Power for a Purpose: Unity 4’s 150km Charity Bike Ride for Qube Oswestry
At Unity 4 Performance, we believe fitness is about more than just reps and sweat — it’s about community, connection, and stepping up for a good cause. On Saturday 19th April 2025, the Unity 4 team is swapping barbells for a Concept2 bike and taking on a huge challenge: riding 150km in one day to raise money for Qube Oswestry.
We’ll be based at Stonehouse Brewery (yes, there will be beer at the finish line), and we’ll be tackling the full 150km as a relay team of four, taking turns on one Concept2 bike. It’s all going down over around six hours — no shortcuts, no slacking, just pure team grit (and probably some very sweaty seat changes).
Why Qube?
Qube Oswestry is a brilliant local charity that supports vulnerable people in our area through community transport, wellbeing activities, and vital services. They do incredible work that truly makes a difference, and we’re proud to support them.
How You Can Help
We’d love for you to be part of this — whether that’s by popping down to cheer us on, throwing a few quid in the donation bucket, or contributing online.

Every pound raised will help Qube continue to serve Oswestry and beyond — and every cheer will help us push through those final brutal kilometres.
